Over half a century ago, a four-year-old girl stood on an old wooden chair in the heart of Chicago wearing her great grandmother’s apron, learning to knead dough. The scent of yeast and sweet raisins filled the air. HeartStone Cookie Co. was founded based on that experience. Today, HeartStone not only provides that very same bread, but also offers a vast array of high-quality homemade cookies, cakes, and pies that reflect tradition.
